Can I order as a guest?
Yes. Add a product to your cart, enter the order details and proceed to payment. Keep the email confirmation and private order link. If you order through an account, you can also access your purchase history.
How is delivery charged?
Before submitting the order, you see the product prices, selected delivery charge and total payable separately. The charge depends on the courier and whether you choose an office or an address. A digital-only guide order has no courier charge.
Where is my digital guide?
After payment is confirmed, we email the guide as a PDF or a private link if the file is too large. We use the email address entered at checkout. You can read it on a phone or computer. If the email is missing, check your spam folder. For a backup download, open your private order link. Consent to delivery within the 14-day withdrawal period is given separately at checkout.
How do I correct a phone number or courier office?
Email your order number and correct details to info@mariyaboycheva.eu or call +359 890 163 777. If the parcel is already with the courier, a change depends on the delivery stage.
How do I withdraw from a purchase?
Use the online withdrawal function or email an unambiguous statement. When returning a physical product, keep proof of dispatch. Conditions, deadlines and exceptions for digital content are described in Shipping and returns.
How do I propose a photo shoot or UGC video?
Specify the brand, product or service, where the material will be used and when it must be ready. Send your proposal through the contact page.
Digital file bundles
A digital product may include several files, listed on its product page. After confirmed payment, we send the full purchased bundle as attachments or a private download link when the total size is larger. Supported formats are PDF, ZIP, DOCX and XLSX, which require suitable applications to open. Each file has a separate download button on the order page. Later edits to a product do not change an already purchased bundle.
