Terms and conditions
These terms apply to purchases from the shop at mariyaboycheva.eu and use of Mariya Boycheva’s portfolio.
Seller and contact details
The seller is MIRACLE BODY EOOD, company registration number 206292928, 25B Konstantin Petkanov Street, entrance D, floor 3, apartment 105, Lozenets district, Sofia 1700, Bulgaria. For order enquiries or complaints, email info@mariyaboycheva.eu or call +359 890 163 777.
Placing an order
You may order as a guest or through a customer account. Select a product and quantity and add them to your cart. Before submitting the order, you may change the products, contact details, delivery and payment method. Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Before the final button, you see the product prices, selected delivery charges and total.
Submitting the order places an order for the listed products with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded in Bulgarian; this English version is a translation for convenience. You receive confirmation with the order details at the email address you provide. Keep it and your private order link. If you enter an incorrect address or phone number, contact us as soon as possible and quote the order number.
Payment and delivery of goods
Available payment and delivery methods are shown before confirmation. For cash on delivery, pay the courier when you receive the goods. For bank transfer, use the bank details provided and quote the order number as the reference. If card payment is offered at checkout, follow the instructions of payment provider myPOS. Orders requiring advance payment are fulfilled after receipt of the funds is confirmed. Times, charges and return instructions are in Shipping and returns.
Digital guide
Once payment is confirmed, we email the purchased guide as a PDF attachment to the address on the order. A backup copy is also available through your private order link. If the file exceeds the attachment limit, we email that link instead. You need an internet connection, free storage on your device and a PDF application to receive and open the guide. Entirely digital orders have no courier delivery. Access is intended for the purchaser. Resale, public distribution or uploading the file or parts of it for free download requires the rights holder’s permission, except where the law allows otherwise.
To receive the file before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, you must expressly request early delivery at checkout and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw from the guide once delivery begins. This statement is separate from acceptance of the terms. We email confirmation of your statement. Payment alone does not remove the right of withdrawal. Your rights where a file is missing or faulty remain applicable.
Withdrawal and complaints
As a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days. For goods, this period begins on receipt; for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, it begins when the contract is concluded. The seller is responsible for the conformity of goods and digital content under the Bulgarian Act on the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods. If something does not conform, send a description, an order number or other proof of purchase, and explain the remedy you request. For goods, you may request repair or replacement under the conditions set by law. For digital content, you may request a working file. Where the statutory conditions are met, you may request a price reduction or termination of the contract. The seller bears the necessary costs of a statutory guarantee claim.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may complain to the Commission for Consumer Protection or apply to its conciliation commission. You retain the right to seek a remedy through the courts.
Portfolio and collaborations
For a photo shoot, video or campaign, specify the brand, format and requested deadline in the contact form. An enquiry starts a conversation. The assignment, fee and rights to use the material are agreed separately.
Rights to photos and videos may belong to the photographer, producer, author or commissioning party. You may share links to public pages. Arrange the relevant rights before using a frame in advertising or supplying it to another media outlet. To report an issue with material, provide the exact page address and your contact details.
Digital file bundles
A digital product may include several files, listed on its product page. After confirmed payment, we send the full purchased bundle as attachments or a private download link when the total size is larger. Supported formats are PDF, ZIP, DOCX and XLSX, which require suitable applications to open. Each file has a separate download button on the order page. Later edits to a product do not change an already purchased bundle.
