Courier and delivery times

Physical products are shipped within Bulgaria to a pickup office or address using the Speedy and Econt services available at checkout. For office delivery, specify the town or city and the office. For address delivery, provide the street and number or building, entrance and apartment. Include a phone number for the courier.

The usual delivery time is one to two working days after the parcel is handed to the courier. For locations with special schedules, the timeframe also depends on their service days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day. For advance payments, processing starts once the amount has been confirmed.

Charges and payment

At checkout, you see the cost of the selected courier and delivery method. Where free office delivery applies, the final total reflects it. Digital-only orders have no courier charge. Once payment is confirmed, we email the guide as a PDF attachment. Your private order link also provides a backup download. For cash on delivery, pay the amount due on receipt. For bank transfer, use the details on your order. Where card payment is available, it is processed on the myPOS page.

Withdrawal within 14 days

If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw without giving a reason. For goods, you have 14 days from receipt by you or your nominated recipient other than the carrier. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract.

Withdraw from the contract here. Enter your name, details identifying the order and the email address for confirmation. After you select “Confirm withdrawal”, the content, date and time of the request will be emailed without undue delay and no later than the end of the working day. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.

A written withdrawal should state your decision to withdraw, identify the goods or digital product, provide the order or receipt date, your name and address, and the date of your statement. Sign it if sending it on paper.

Returns and refunds

Send physical goods back to the seller’s stated address or an expressly provided return address within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. Keep proof of dispatch. You bear the direct return delivery cost for a withdrawal where the goods are not faulty. You are liable for diminished value only where you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We refund the payment within 14 days of notification, including the cost of the least expensive standard initial delivery offered when you withdraw from the whole order. If you chose more expensive delivery, you bear the difference. For goods, we may withhold the refund until they are received or you provide proof of return dispatch, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions

For a guide delivered as a PDF email attachment, the right to withdraw from the file is lost once delivery begins only if you gave express prior consent to early performance at checkout, acknowledged the consequence and received confirmation of the contract and your statement on a durable medium. Before that point, you may notify us of withdrawal in the usual way. Statutory exceptions also apply to certain physical goods, such as sealed goods unsealed after delivery which cannot genuinely be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Damage or non-conformity

If you notice damaged packaging on receipt, you may note it with the courier and take a photo. For a complaint, contact the seller at info@mariyaboycheva.eu or +359 890 163 777. Describe the issue and provide proof of purchase. Your statutory rights for non-conformity are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right.

If a file is too large to attach, we email a private download link to the same address.

Digital file bundles

A digital product may include several files, listed on its product page. After confirmed payment, we send the full purchased bundle as attachments or a private download link when the total size is larger. Supported formats are PDF, ZIP, DOCX and XLSX, which require suitable applications to open. Each file has a separate download button on the order page. Later edits to a product do not change an already purchased bundle.
